Asuka247 reserves the right to revise pricing if the scope of work changes after the initial assessment, if unforeseen site conditions are discovered, or if material costs fluctuate. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Any additional work requested by the client beyond the original scope will be quoted separately and must be agreed in writing before commencement. Asuka247 shall not be held responsible for delays or cost increases arising from client-requested changes.

6. Booking & Appointments

Appointment bookings made through our Calendly integration are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with reasonable notice. Consultations are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated no-shows may result in a consultation fee being applied to future bookings at Asuka247's discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

The information on this Site is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the content accurate and up to date, Asuka247 makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information on the Site.
